I showed him my sausage

I'm still none the wiser.

Today I bought for lunch a sausage in a french bread roll. The sausage was dry and long and really quite salty. The breadstick was also dry- no butter or mustard or ketchup! It took ages for me to devour it. However whilst I was eating it, James walked into the lunch room. He smiled at me and I got a little bit flustered, the only thing I could think of to say was "Look at this sausage, how are you suppsed to get through this" How embarrassing is that. We did have a brief conversation about food then. It was nice to chat even if it was about nothing really. I've not pushed the going out issue- trying to keep cool about it (Even though it is driving me mad). But it nice to talk to him. He has the brightest blue eyes :)

I'm sorry to put a dampner on things but this is very complicated, are you sure your feelings will be reciprocated, all I have read is about your feelings for him but I've not read anything to say he feels the same way about you.

I'm not trying to upset you I just want to give another point of view, I don't want you to be hurt.

Relationships are so complicated at the best of times, so mega complicated at your age an more so given the dimension of same sex relationships.

I was totally rude and judgemental when I was a teenager, I've matured, I know who I am and I don't have a problem with who other people are.

I have actually been aproached by a few men in my life who fancied me, don't know why really, I told you about the first time, well the last time I was more mature and polite.

I blushed bright red (I do that anyway) and said thanks but no thanks, I think you've got the wrong idea about me.

He went a little red and said ok and disapeared quickly.

I dont know how he feels because he's never said. But I do get the impression there is interest there. It's the signs- unless I am totally misreading them!

Aww... I don't know. You've given it a bit of time, maybe you can follow up on going out sometime now? Ask everyone else on here what they think 'cos I sometimes talk rubbish!
